As the first face families see, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience from check-in through check-out. You'll help keep patient flow moving while supporting providers, clinical staff, and families in a high-energy pediatric urgent care setting.

What You’ll Do 

• Room and prepare pediatric patients for urgent care visits  
• Obtain vitals, medical histories, and perform clinical intake  
• Assist providers with urgent care procedures and patient flow  
• Perform phlebotomy EKGs, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection  
• Support medication administration and clinical documentation  
• Educate and reassure patients and families during visits  
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards  
• Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and front desk staff  
• Help ensure an efficient, positive patient experience  

What We're Looking For 

• Medical Assistant certification preferred  
• Current BLS and PALS certifications required  
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• EKG certification/experience required  
• Phlebotomy experience required 
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or pediatric experience strongly preferred  
• Strong clinical, multitasking, and communication skills  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment  
• Experience with EMR systems preferred (athenaOne experience a plus)  
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused mindset  

 Compensation Range $23ph-$25ph

The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
