Deine Rolle bei Haleon:

• Sicherstellung der Marketingziele im Gebiet durch Information und Beratung von niedergelassenen Zahnarztpraxen im Bereich der therapeutischen Mundhygiene
• Channel Marketing Aktivitäten zur Optimierung der Produktempfehlungen durch intensive Kommunikation komplexer zahnmedizinischer Sachverhalte und Durchführung von Schulungen in niedergelassenen Zahnarztpraxen
• Kundensegmentierung und individuelle Betreuung zur Steigerung des Produktwissens, der Empfehlungen und des Sell-outs
• Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit mit dem Expert Marketing- und Medical-Teams, Experten und Tech-Abteilungen
• Aufbau von vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehungen in niedergelassenen Zahnarztpraxen, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen
• Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Weitergabe relevanter Informationen an die entsprechenden Abteilungen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
  

Das bringst Du mit:

• Naturwissenschaftliches, medizinisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. den Status als Pharmareferent gem. § 75 AMG
• Dich zeichnet deine hervorragende Kommunikationskompetenz, hohe Kontaktfreudigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office Produkten, vertriebsrelevanter Software (CRM-System, Veeva Engage, Portatour)
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft, Lernwillen und Flexibilität zur Anpassung an sich ändernde Marktbedingungen sind für dich selbstverständlich
