NİTELİKLER

• Üniversitelerin ilgili lisans ve önlisans bölümlerinden veya Otomotiv MYO'larından mezun
• En az 5-7 yıl Otomotiv ve en az 1-3 yıl Operasyonel Filo Kiralama tecrübeli
• Otomotiv sektörü bilgisi olan, otomobil ve ticari araç temel teknik ve mekanik bilgi düzeyi yüksek
• SSH (Satış Sonrası Hizmetler) alanında Servis Danışmanlığı, Servis Mühendisliği veya otomobil marka üreticisinde SSH Uzmanı/Şefi/Koordinatörü görevlerinde bulunmuş
• Mekanik servis atölye süreçlerine (Mekanik ve Genel Hasar) hakim
• Operasyonel Kiralama Müşteri Hizmetleri (Call Center) süreçlerini bilen
• Büyük Filo Yönetimi tecrübesi olan
• Projelerde ekip üyesi veya proje sorumlusu olarak görev almış

 YETKİNLİKLER

• B sınıfı sürücü belgesi bulunan
• Tercihen İngilizce dil bilgisi olan
• MS Office uygulamalarına hakim
• Problem çözme becerisine sahip
• İç ve dış müşteri memnuniyeti odağı yüksek
• İkna kabiliyeti ve iletişim yeteneği ile insan ilişkilerinde başarılı
• Analitik düşünen, sonuç odaklı çalışan, hedef bazlı çalışma sürecini bilen
• Akıcı konuşabilen ve diksiyonu düzgün
• Raporlama bilgi ve tecrübesine sahip
