Your responsibilities:

As an Experienced Sales Advisor Re-Lease, you play a key role in the growth of our second-hand leasing business. You are responsible for managing complex sales opportunities, building long-term customer relationships and acting as a trusted mobility advisor throughout the entire customer journey.

With your commercial expertise, maturity and strong sense of ownership, you know how to convert opportunities into successful deals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You thrive in a dynamic environment and continuously look for ways to improve processes, increase customer satisfaction and contribute to the team's success.

• You are the primary point of contact for prospects interested in our re-lease (used vehicle leasing) solutions.

• You prepare solid offers for long-term leasing.

•  You manage sales opportunities from A to Z, from the initial enquiry to contract signature and vehicle delivery.

• Conduct follow-up calls and maintains clear and consistent communication with clients to foster strong relationships. You say what you do, and you do what you say.

• You are able to manage multiple tasks, are administrative strong and can structure and prioritize effectively

• You get to the bottom of things. Thanks to your persuasiveness and negotiating skills, you win people's trust.

• You will be expected to support multiple functions within the team

• You are a team player who demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and translating ideas into concrete actions and measurable results, so customer satisfaction and the team’s success increases.

• You take ownership of the digital processes by identifying and reporting gaps, resolving issues, and actively optimizing collaboration across teams.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thought and work.

• A natural-born salesperson with a proven track record and experience for identifying customer needs and proposing the best solutions.

• You are flexible and thrive in a role with varied responsibilities

• Someone who thrives in managing multiple tasks, is administrative strong and can structure & prioritize effectively in a fast-paced mainly digital environment.

• A proactive and results-driven individual who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to do pro-active follow-up and take initiatives.

• Persuasive and communicative, with fluency in Dutch, English, and French.

• An enthusiastic team player who can also work independently when required.
