As an Azure Engineer Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET for software development
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software deployment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address software engineering challenges
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Applying analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas
- Managing application lifecycle and software project planning to meet client needs
- Engaging in business process improvement and requirements analysis to optimize software solutions
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients

What You Must Have

- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's degree
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Utilizing skills in API Management and Microservices
- Excelling in Application Development and Software Design
- Leveraging experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Applying knowledge of Java, Python, and C++ Programming Languages
- Navigating complex client support scenarios with analytical thinking
