【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】
• Conduct business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, assess process automation feasibility, and design automation architectures and optimized workflows.
2. RPA Development and Implementation
• Develop, test, and deploy automated solutions using RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath) to streamline business operations and improve process efficiency.
3. System Administration, Support, and Performance Optimization
• Manage and maintain RPA infrastructure and server environments, monitor bot operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation performance.
• Adapt and enhance automation workflows in response to changes in internal systems (e.g., ERP applications, web-based platforms), while continuously monitoring solution stability and reliability.
4. Technical Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
• Create, review, and maintain solution design documents, user guides, operational procedures, and technical support documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability.
5. Project Management and Stakeholder Communication
• Manage project timelines and implementation progress, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, and promote automation adoption across the organization.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and technical knowledge-sharing programs to business and technical teams.
6. Team Collaboration and Continuous Innovation
• Support team objectives and complete assigned projects and responsibilities from management.
• Proactively research and evaluate emerging RPA, AI, and intelligent automation technologies to expand automation capabilities and drive continuous process improvement.
【SKILLS】
‧Demonstrated proficiency in one or more programming languages, including C#, Python.
Strong Python development experience is highly preferred.
‧Hands-on experience with the VS / VS Code development environment
‧Hands-on experience with MSSQL、ETL Process
‧Deep understanding of web technologies (XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, REST API etc.)
‧API integration experience (Open data API & Commercial API)
‧Ability to read and understand API specifications
‧Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman)
‧Familiarity with Git, for source code management, collaboration, and change tracking
‧Proficient in collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
