About the Role
CTG is seeking a smart, motivated, and resourceful Associate Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who learn quickly, take initiative, and are willing to jump in wherever needed. Recruiting experience is a plus, but we’re equally interested in someone who is capable, curious, organized, and eager to learn!

You Will Get To
- Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding
- Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role
- Build strong, genuine relationships with candidates by understanding their goals, experience, and career aspirations, and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process
- Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System
- Support social media and outreach campaigns to attract top talent
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- A strong communicator who can effectively engage candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and jump in where needed.
- Passionate about providing a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Priority given to candidates located in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Nice to Have
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
- Background in technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting for cleared positions
Salary
We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $45k to $65k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
