Your job responsibilities
Generating New Business Opportunities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and an Inside Sales approach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
- Identify, research, and engage target Industries and key decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline in the Indian market.
- Qualify leads, conduct discovery conversations, and progress prospects through the sales funnel.
- Partner with BD teams to execute Industry-based prospecting and lead generation strategies.
- Develop KYC reports, Industry intelligence to support customer engagement and value-based selling.
- Execute lead nurturing campaigns and drive consistent prospect engagement.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, demos, and follow-up activities with the BD teams.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, track sales activities, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
Own Lead Management
- Strong cold calling and emailing to qualify existing leads
- Make in excess of 20 prospect contacts a day, focusing majorly on cold calls and also using Emails.
- Identify key business decision makers and book qualitative meetings.
- Use LinkedIn and subscription-based databases to engage with prospect clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, including LinkedIn outreach, calls, emails, and meeting activities in Salesforce.
- Provide a weekly report of your activities and generate reports as per business need
- Ensuring all leads are tracked and managed and qualified for our BD team
Your Profile
- a bachelor/master’s degree
- at least 3 years of experience in lead generation / sales / business development
- Knowledge in intellectual property rights is desirable but not mandatory. Strong will to learn is required.
- A good command of CRM & prospecting tools like Salesforce, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha etc. and you understand overall sales cycle and can forecast data in an accurate and timely manner
- a well-structured and self-motivated way of working, including a positive “can-do” attitude
- a target-oriented approach and strong analytical skills.

- an excellent communication skill both in English and Hindi
- strong analytical skills and already demonstrated your ability to think strategically about complex challenges and to develop recommendations and action plans
