Sobre este puesto de Associate Product Marketing Manager en Arta Finance
The Company
At Arta Finance, we are product builders, machine learning researchers, finance professionals, and business leaders determined to create a better way to manage our financial lives. The future of finance is technology—relentlessly user-focused, elegant, and bordering-on-magical. We apply deep tech to help people enjoy more successful financial lives—and we believe we can have fun doing it.
If you’ve ever wondered whether your money is working as hard as you are, or thought there must be a better way to pursue your financial goals, we want to hear from you.
The Role
We are looking for a highly strategic, creative, and data-driven Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team in the Bay Area. In this role, you will support the B2C go-to-market strategy, driving growth, trust, and adoption for Arta's advanced investment platform across our US and international (Singapore) markets. Your primary mission is to be the translation layer between our investment desk and our members: turning genuinely complex but invaluable investments - structured products, alternatives, and AI-driven portfolios - into accurate, compliant, and compelling member-facing content, on hard weekly launch deadlines. You will work closely with investment teams to learn and document product specifications to help communicate them clearly to members and new audiences.
This is a high-velocity role: Arta launches new investment products weekly, each with hard commitment and funding deadlines, and you will own the marketing motion that gets them to market accurately and on time. Importantly, you will assist with designing these B2C marketing strategies, educational flywheels, and positioning frameworks with scalability in mind, ensuring that our consumer insights and messaging successes directly inform and empower our growing B2B business and external partner networks.
What You Will Do
B2C Go-to-Market Strategy: Support the implementation of B2C go-to-market plans, assisting in coordinating timelines—across both US and Singapore offerings.
AI-Native Workflows: Use and build AI tools (agents, skills, automated review workflows) to accelerate content production, improve accuracy, and scale marketing operations—and document processes so they're repeatable by the broader team.
Product Content & Launch Operations: Assist in managing the product content pipeline (e.g., maintaining schedules, coordinating with design teams) to ensure accurate and timely publication of brochures, webinars, product specifications, and in-app product pages—working with investment, design, and ops teams to publish accurate, compliant product content on tight weekly launch cycles.
Lifecycle & Campaign Creation: Co-author and deploy high-impact marketing collateral, launch and redemption emails, in-app positioning, and educational narratives that drive member activation and long-term retention.
Demand Generation & Events: Plan and execute paid user acquisition, landing pages, and educational webinars featuring Arta's investment leaders to drive qualified top-of-funnel growth.
Educational & Thought-Leadership Content: Produce white papers, explainers, and evergreen educational content (e.g., "New to Structured Products?") that demystify sophisticated strategies and build the trust flywheel.
Positioning & Messaging: Draft and update member-facing materials under the guidance of the Product Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with Arta’s brand voice and regulatory requirements across all member-facing content.
Onboarding & Funnel Optimization: Audit and refine onboarding flows, in-product copy, and activation touchpoints; run A/B tests and iterate based on adoption data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Compliance, Investment Research, Design, Email Ops, and Client Advisory teams to ensure a unified and compliant product narrative across the entire member journey.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and competitive shifts in the wealth management and private market landscapes.
Who You Are
Experience: 2-3+ years of product marketing or product experience, with some experience within wealth management, fintech, or alternative investment platforms is preferred. Has built agents and models to optimize campaigns, create marketing sites and optimize flows.
The B2C-to-B2B Lens: You have a foundation in consumer marketing and are eager to apply your skills in a complex fintech work environment.
Wealth & Alts Literacy: You understand the nuances of sophisticated financial products (e.g., private markets, exotic derivatives and their mechanics—and tax-aware investing) and know how to talk about them legally and compellingly. You can sit with a trader, understand a new trade idea the day it's priced, and write a member-ready copy about it that's correct on the first pass. Prior alts/derivatives marketing experience strongly preferred over general fintech.
AI Fluency: You actively use AI tools in your daily work and are excited to build automated, AI-assisted marketing workflows rather than just consume them.
Execution Mindset: You are hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You are eager to learn the broader strategic content while maintaining a focus on high-quality, detail-oriented execution.
Operational Rigor: You are meticulous with details—product terms, deadlines, and figures—and comfortable owning recurring publishing workflows where errors have real member impact.
Data-Driven Optimizer: Analytical mindset with the ability to look at adoption data, run A/B copy tests, and constantly iterate on the activation funnel.
Regulatory Comfort: Experience working alongside legal and compliance teams to ship creative, impactful marketing within a highly regulated landscape, including securing approvals for member-facing communications.
Global Perspective (nice to have): Experience marketing financial products across jurisdictions (US and APAC/Singapore).
Note: We require at least one in-person interview before making our offer decision. For remotely located candidates, we may request you to visit the Mountain View HQ to meet the team. Depending on your location, you will meet our team member based in NY/New Jersey.
