• Establishes, administers and evolves standards and procedures for the Right to Information (RTI) component of the EU Pay Directive
• Works closely with external partners and the Workplace Practices Team to ensure understanding of policy alignment/compliance, country requirements and nuances for initial country implementation and ongoing changes to legislation
• Ensures alignment of outcomes with Total Rewards Philosophy and Global Pay Transparency program(s)
• Leads RTI intake process for countries that have final act transpositions to prepare for system entry
• Coordinates services for RTI through Service Now partnering closely with the HR Technologies Team to ensure requirements are documented, programmed and tested
• Captures knowledge gained and leads communication of updates for RTI to ensure HRBPs and their aligned Managers are familiar with the process for their respective entity(s).
• Leads the preparation of pay data through collection and analysis with local teams, scrubs and prepares data for use and ensures the accuracy of collected data
• Serves as initial point of contact for escalations with technological errors associated with RTI requests
• Owns and evolves service metrics including the dissemination of KPIs
• Ensures compliance throughout processes and participates in any required annual reporting events
• Maintains understanding of local Equality Bodies in addition to any collectively bargained site’s operational implications.
• Aligns with Human Resources Operations leadership to ensure timely program updates and aid in other related projects
• As required, participate in COE Transformation initiatives and help design processes
• Maintain relationships throughout HR to understand how deliverables translate to strategy and influence others to ensure aligned program outcomes

Education & special trainings:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required ​

Qualifications & experience:

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience required​

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred​
• Strong knowledge of Stryker pay data and related pay elements  
• Demonstrated success in leading projects and influencing others without authority
• Demonstrated experience with data collection and analysis in high volumes
• Demonstrated experience in understanding and creating execution plans aligned with strategy

Physical & mental requirements:

• Must have advanced Excel skills and have the ability to influence making data driven decisions
• Must have demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with, and influence, individuals from across the Organization, external advisors, and consultants. This includes communicating in-person and virtually, using tools such as Teams. Zoom and Webex
• Must be able to review and produce large volumes of data 
• Should be a self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
• Excellent organization, project management and self-management skills 
• Ability to develop and sustain relationships internally with business units and cross-functionally
• Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances and/or ability to work in ambiguous situations
• Must be able to deliver difficult or complex messages to organizational leaders

Ireland Pay Ranges:

• Ireland: €62,000 - €105,000 EUR Annual

Germany Pay Ranges:

• Freiburg/Stetten 39Std: €5.917 - €9.895 EUR Monthly
• Schonkirchen/Kiel 40Std: €6.574 - €10.994 EUR Monthly
• Berlin/Duisburg/Waghäusel/field-based 40Std: €66.100 - €110.200 EUR Annual
