What you'll do

The role acts as a key liaison between Field Merchandising, Store Planning, Project Managers, Dealers, Fixture Support, installation vendors, and store teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to corporate standards. The Associate Manager – Field Integration is responsible for supporting the successful execution of retail transformation initiatives and remerchandising projects.

Project Execution & Integration

• Support the planning and execution of store remerchandising projects.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and readiness activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks that may impact execution schedules.
• Provide field-based recommendations to improve execution efficiency and store readiness.

Field Merchandising Support

• Partner with Field Merchandising Managers and project teams to develop execution plans.
• Review store layouts, fixture requirements, staffing needs, and phasing strategies.
• Assist in developing solutions for site-specific execution challenges.
• Support pre-visits and project readiness reviews with stores and project teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a central point of contact between Store Planning, Field Merchandising, Dealers, Project Managers, and vendor partners.
• Facilitate communication and issue resolution throughout project execution.
• Build effective relationships with stores and corporate support teams to drive successful outcomes.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Track project status, resource utilization, and execution performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve field execution processes and reduce costs.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across projects and regions.

What you bring

• Retail merchandising, project management, store planning, or field operations experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of store fixtures, merchandising standards, and project execution processes.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, project tracking, and reporting systems.
• On-time project execution.
• Effective fixture utilization and cost management.
• Positive store and stakeholder feedback.
• Reduced project risks and execution issues.
• Consistent adherence to merchandising and operational standards.

Broadband Salary Range: $64,000.00 - $104,000.00 CAD Annual

Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 and $75,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
