About the role

As an Associate Manager Business / Functional Architecture Software Development, you will work closely with clients and account delivery teams to understand and analyze business needs, document business requirements and processes, and translate them into effective software solutions. You will contribute to solution delivery and quality assurance, applying GraphTalk product configuration and parameterization. Lead GAP analysis activities, identifying differences between client requirements and existing product capabilities and defining appropriate functional solutions in collaboration with client and delivery teams.

Daily challenges

• Deep knowledge, understanding and previous experience with GraphTalk and product configuration/parameterization is a must.
• Collaborate closely with clients and key stakeholders, building strong relationships and translating business needs into clear and actionable solution requirements.
• Participate in client workshops during discovery, GAP analysis, and implementation phases to clarify requirements, processes, and expected solution outcomes.
• Perform and lead the impact analysis, assess existing product specifications against client requirements, and propose appropriate functional or workaround solutions.

eXperience and skills required

• 10+ years of experience in business consulting / analysis or related role.
• Specific knowledge in Belgium life insurance and GraphTalk parametrization of products.
• Expert in GraphTalk architecture, technical solutions and tools.
• Having broad mindset of acquiring knowledge in new technologies, methodologies and tools.
• Experience in relevant business domain and French language is highly recommended.
• Expert knowledge in business process modeling, requirements management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
