Associate (m/w/d) – Value and Risk Advisory

Das erwartet Dich

• Durchführung und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsprojekte für Immobilien und Portfolios
• Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss
• Management von Ressourcen, Risiken und Prozessen
• Anwendung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsverfahren (ImmoWertV / BelWertV, RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA)
• Erstellung von Wertgutachten und Marktanalysen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem VRA-Produktteam zur Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Daten
• Identifizierung von Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten im Sinne von OneJLL
• Standortübergreifende Projektzusammenarbeit innerhalb von Deutschland und mit den Bewertungsteams in EMEA

Was Du mitbringen solltest

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL, VWL, Bauingenieurwesen o.ä.)
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, insbesondere im Gewerbeimmobilienbereich
• Erste Schritte in Richtung HypZert F Qualifikation eingeleitet oder aber HypZert F bereits erlangt
• Fähigkeit zur Interpretation von Geschäftsproblemen und zur Empfehlung von Best Practices
• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams oder Projekten
• Sehr gute MS-Office- und Englischkenntnisse
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und hohe Kundenorientierung
