JOB DESCRIPTION:

日次売上報告集計（業務マニュアルに基づくエクセル作業）
・月次値引き集計・月次実績トラッキング資料への実績反映（業務マニュアルに基づくエクセル作業）
・月次売上計上草稿・仕訳案作成（業務マニュアルに基づくエクセル作業）
・月次決算補助。試算表アップデート（業務マニュアルに基づくエクセル作業と数値確認）
・週次売上予測ミーティング資料作成（業務マニュアルに基づくエクセル作業）
・その他月次実績トラッキング資料への実績反映（業務マニュアルに基づくエクセル作業）
・その他部門業務アドミニストレーション（日常的に発生するアドミニストレーション（会議設定、会議室予約、他部署への事務連絡等）と四半期に一度程度発生するアドミニストレーション（会議用菓子調達、お茶出し等））（出社可の場合）
・パートナーシップ先への試用品手配
・Veeva CRMマネジメントサービス管理のサポート
・購買プロセスにおける購買申請及び発注の対応サポート
・入社準備、営業報告書レポートの作成のためのヒアリング＆入力（業務マニュアルに基づくエクセル作業と数値確認）、その他CSOからの営業アドミ業務
・契約書等の配送業務
