DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager Back Office to join our dynamic team! This position is crucial in overseeing our back office operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. As the Assistant Manager, you will manage a team of associates, driving productivity and maintaining high-quality standards in our operations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with different departments and teams to achieve operational excellence and meet client expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include supervising daily back office functions, leading performance management initiatives, and implementing best practices to enhance workflow efficiency. You will also play a critical role in problem-solving, handling client escalations, and fostering a cohesive team environment that prioritizes collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Role: Back Office Assistant Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of Back Office Supervisors.
• Assists the Back Office Manager with employment actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Supports the financial metrics, i.e. speed and efficiency for assigned projects with the assistance of the Back Office Manager
• Assists with hiring and training new staff
• Develops Back Office Supervisors and Lead Operators for promotional opportunities
• Assists with conducting meetings with clients and presents production data, improvement plans, workflow processes, production processes, etc. utilizing tools such as PowerPoint.
• Conducts comprehensive tours for clients in their production areas
• Tracks and evaluates the performance of employees in the assigned groups.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience Required:

• At least 6 years of back office field experience with 4 of those years in a supervisory role.
