Business Manager - Operations__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.
This role is contributing to the ELSP HUB Asia. Main stakeholders are relevant business leaders.

Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.
This role is contributing to the ELSP HUB Asia. Main stakeholders are relevant business leaders.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining databases, and producing reports and presentations for business leaders
- Prepare and compiling internal press release, presentations, organization charts, and internal correspondence on behalf of the business manager
- Implementing processes and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Be responsible for different communication tasks, ensuring knowledge and information is shared properly and keeping others up to date
- Helping the ELSP Hub Asia Manager to arrange business-critical internal/ external events, including travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conferences, visiting speakers, etc.

Qualifications for the role
- A bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Good organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Performing highly independently administration / secretarial support to top management
- The ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent planning skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools
- Experience with confidential matters
