About the Role

What You Will Do

• Achieving Essity Ukraine’s sales targets within the region.

• Engaging with key clients: pharmacy chains, distributors, and medical institutions.

• Leading and developing the distributor's sales representative team.

• Conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and managing accounts receivable.

• Monitoring competitor activity and analyzing the market.

• Organizing and conducting presentations.

• Analyzing regional performance and submitting monthly and quarterly reports to management.

Who You Are

• Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical, or economics background is an advantage).

• At least 2 years of experience as a Regional or Territory Manager in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors (hygiene products preferred).

• Proven track record of working with the pharmacy segment in the Eastern region.

• Strong skills in high-stakes negotiations and sales management.

• Category B driver's license and active driving experience.

• Result-oriented mindset and strong leadership qualities.
