About the Role
As a Area Sales Manager for TENA (an Essity brand), you will play a key role in strengthening our market position and driving sustainable sales growth across Eastern and North-Eastern Ukraine. You will partner with healthcare professionals and customers to expand access to our trusted continence care solutions across 6 regions.
What You Will Do
Achieving Essity Ukraine’s sales targets within the region.
Engaging with key clients: pharmacy chains, distributors, and medical institutions.
Leading and developing the distributor's sales representative team.
Conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and managing accounts receivable.
Monitoring competitor activity and analyzing the market.
Organizing and conducting presentations.
Analyzing regional performance and submitting monthly and quarterly reports to management.
Who You Are
Higher education (medical, pharmaceutical, or economics background is an advantage).
At least 2 years of experience as a Regional or Territory Manager in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors (hygiene products preferred).
Proven track record of working with the pharmacy segment in the Eastern region.
Strong skills in high-stakes negotiations and sales management.
Category B driver's license and active driving experience.
Result-oriented mindset and strong leadership qualities.
