How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The main mission is to sell Medical Gas products ( LOX,GOX & MGPS ) to all customers in her / his Area ,and also deliver the value of our activity to the KOLs. Primary responsibilities include maintaining an existing customer database, expanding the business ,developing sales ,profitability, educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services within his/her sector, Also presenting technical and medical information to Doctors,Engineers & Technician, while achieving customer satisfaction & Safety objectives.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
* Identify new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
* Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands.
* Represent Air Liquide Egypt at Medical events and conferences.
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer retention and loyalty.
* Monitor and analyze sales metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Are you a MATCH?
* Minimum of 3- 5 years of sales experience in the Healthcare sectors
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Business Management.
* Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
* Strong understanding of the Egyptian market and business landscape.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
