Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and maintain seamless application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Experience in customizing SharePoint Online sites, workflows, and integrating with other Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, security models, and governance best practices.
- Ability to develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps to automate business processes.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API for extending SharePoint Online capabilities.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
