Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and adapting the applications to evolving business demands. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within application environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
