We’re hiring: Global Markets Sales (Entry-Level)
MUFG Manila is looking for fresh graduates to join our Global Markets Sales team—supporting our sales traders today and developing into one in the future.
This is a strong entry point into financial markets, where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to FX and derivatives while working with Japanese and global corporate clients.
Who we’re looking for:
Graduate of Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or related courses
Strong interest in financial markets and client engagement
Analytical, curious, and willing to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
What you’ll do:
Support Sales in delivering and executing FX and derivatives solutions to corporate clients
Provide market updates and insights to internal teams and clients
Work closely with internal stakeholders both locally and across the region
Build the foundation to grow into a Sales Trader role
What you bring:
Strong interest in financial markets (FX, rates, derivatives)
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative, team-oriented, and client-focused
High level of integrity and awareness of compliance standards
