Analista de Operaciones Comerciales
Estamos buscando una persona con una fuerte capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y visión comercial, capaz de identificar oportunidades, generar insights estratégicos y contribuir directamente al crecimiento del negocio.
Responsabilidades
Administrar y dar seguimiento a la operación diaria de programas comerciales relacionados con la compra, venta y gestión de dispositivos.
Analizar el desempeño comercial mediante indicadores clave de negocio, incluyendo ventas, inventario, precios, márgenes, costos operativos y niveles de servicio.
Generar reportes ejecutivos, dashboards y análisis recurrentes para proporcionar visibilidad sobre la operación y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
Transformar grandes volúmenes de información en insights accionables y recomendaciones estratégicas para optimizar resultados.
Monitorear indicadores de desempeño y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua para incrementar la eficiencia de los procesos.
Requisitos
Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería, Actuaría, Ciencia de Datos o áreas afines.
Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en análisis de datos y soporte a operaciones comerciales, ventas o áreas de business operations.
Dominio avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas avanzadas, análisis de datos y modelado).
Experiencia en Power BI para desarrollo de dashboards y visualización de información.
Conocimiento de DAX deseable.
