Amazon Advertising Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an Amazon Advertising Specialist to support the execution and optimization of Amazon marketplace activities, with a strong focus on Amazon PPC, listings, and eCommerce performance.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Amazon advertising and marketplace operations, who understands how advertising works alongside listing quality, content, conversion, and overall account performance. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across Amazon campaigns, product listings, and digital commerce tasks, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve visibility, traffic, and sales.

Experience in eCommerce, Amazon listings/content, and marketplace optimization is essential. Exposure to DTC, Shopify, Figma, and Asana would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, bidding adjustments, and budget management.
• Support campaign creation, restructuring, and ongoing optimization based on business goals and performance trends.
• Work with Amazon product listings to ensure titles, bullets, descriptions, images, and A+ content are accurate and conversion-focused.
• Identify listing issues, suppressed content, content gaps, and opportunities to improve product page performance.
• Partner with internal teams on Amazon content updates, promotions, launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Help maintain and improve Amazon Storefronts, product detail pages, and branded content where needed.
• Analyze account and campaign performance and provide regular reporting with actionable recommendations.
• Support broader eCommerce initiatives across Amazon and other digital sales channels where relevant.
• Ensure all content and campaign activity aligns with brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
• Use project management tools to track tasks, updates, and deadlines effectively.
• Stay up to date with Amazon advertising trends, policy updates, and marketplace best practices.

Required Experience / Skills

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon advertising and Amazon marketplace management
• Strong understanding of Amazon PPC and campaign optimization
• Experience with Amazon listings, product detail pages, and content management
• Familiarity with Vendor Central
• Understanding of key Amazon performance metrics
• Experience in eCommerce and digital retail environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Very good communication skills in English (C1 level), both written and spoken
• Experience with DTC eCommerce channels, Shopify, Asana and Figma is a plus.
