What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Understanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence AI including concepts, techniques, and tools in order to use AI effectively.
What are we looking for? • May manage individual projects or coordinate a team of Technical Architects/Leads. • Understands and manages client and program stakeholders expectations and business objectives. • Manages the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. • Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. • Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames. 1. Delivery of technical products requiring collaboration with infrastructure teams to identify capacity, drive continuous product improvement and work closely with the Operations Director and Support teams. 2. Resource planning will be a key part of this role across multiple projects, including digital transformation, network upgrades and new implementations. 3. To define and drive quality, consistency and excellence in all aspects of the technical delivery function. 4. Experience of working in a proactive not reactive manner. 5. Experienced leader of people and the ability to influence other stakeholders to get buy-in. 6. Ensure your team is sized and skilled in line with company growth, product development 7. strategy and sales demand. 8. Experienced multi-methodology project manager (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, ITIL elements).
