About the Role
Ensure the successful rollout and sustained usage of digital tools and initiatives by preparing the Agency Force through structured readiness planning, enablement content development, and field onboarding support. The Readiness Consultant plays a key role in equipping the field teams and agency force with the knowledge and tools needed to adopt digital solutions, and in establishing feedback loops that inform future enhancements by the Delivery Pillar.
- Readiness Planning and Coordination
- Develop readiness plan for digital tool launches and enhancements, including timelines, milestones, and field enablement activities.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Go-to-Market Consultant, and Academy team to align readiness efforts with campaign timelines and release schedules.
- Identify potential adoption barriers and propose mitigation strategies.
- Enable Content Development
- Create and maintain user-facing documentation such as User Guides, FAQs, Quick Start Guides, and training decks.
- Ensure content is clear, concise, and tailored to the needs of different advisor segments.
- Collaborate with Academy to integrate readiness materials into training programs and onboarding modules.
- Field Onboarding and Support
- Support Train-the-Trainer sessions and onboarding cascades for new digital tools.
- Provide readiness briefings and walkthroughs to field leaders and champions.
- Coordinate with Sales Management and Academy to ensure field teams are equipped to support tool adoption.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Gathered structured feedback from field users post-launch to identify pain points and improvement areas.
- Maintain a feedback loop with the GTM Consultant and Product Owners to ensure field insights are captured and relayed to the Delivery Pillar for future enhancements.
- Track and document feedback themes to support prioritization and planning.
- Project Coordination
- Track readiness deliverables and timelines across multiple initiatives.
- Maintain documentation of readiness plans, field feedback, and enablement assets.
- Support reporting and updates to leadership on readiness progress and field preparedness.• Act as the liaison between information technology and business for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
• Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements
• Evaluate new information technology developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and / or enhancements
• Coordinate with relevant information technology departments and third-party vendors to design, implement and maintain information systems to enable reporting and service delivery
• Prepare communications and facilitate presentations on system enhancements and / or alternatives

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Education, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, training development, or field enablement roles.. Experience supporting digital tool rollouts or transformation initiatives is a strong advantage. Familiarity with sales of field operations in insurance or financial services is a plus.
- Special skills: Strong writing and instructional design skills. Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, and documentation tools. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple readiness streams simultaneously. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
