As an AES SAP - RTR - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of SAP Finance within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs, focusing on strategic planning and execution. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on mentoring junior staff and driving project success. You are accountable for maintaining standards and motivating your team to deliver quality results. Your role involves identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of client support, working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide solutions that drive value. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations. Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Finance projects with a focus on Accounts Payable and Central Finance modules
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic financial advice to enhance business processes
- Overseeing financial reporting and compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards
- Implementing financial transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilizing SAP FICO and SAP Reporting and Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making
- Coordinating budgetary management and financial forecasting to support client objectives
- Analyzing financial trends and providing insights for financial planning and risk management
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills in financial management and SAP applications
- Facilitating business process improvement through innovative solutions and embracing change
- Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting skills for strategic planning
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and reporting
- Managing financial risk through comprehensive analysis and strategic questioning
- Embracing change and innovation in financial management processes
