As an Oracle Finance Senior Associate you will support clients in configuring, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Financials solutions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and other finance processes. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and mentor junior team members while deepening your technical skills and growing your personal brand within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will contribute to business application consulting efforts focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency through Oracle finance solutions, interpret data to inform recommendations, and adapt to changing business needs while delivering work that aligns with firm methodologies and client service goals.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and maintaining Oracle Financials modules across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and record to report processes
- Analyzing client finance requirements and translating them into system design, setup, and process improvements
- Supporting implementation workstreams by preparing functional specifications, testing scenarios, and issue resolution activities
- Interpreting financial process data to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support system adoption
- Developing client relationships through responsive support, clear status updates, and thoughtful handling of changing priorities
- Coordinating with senior team members to manage assigned deliverables and maintain alignment with project objectives
- Reviewing configuration results and transaction flows to validate accuracy, completeness, and process integrity
- Assisting with knowledge transfer, user guidance, and documentation for Oracle finance solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Developing Oracle Financials consulting skills across client engagements and workstreams
- Interpreting business processes and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Collaborating across teams while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
- Applying critical thinking to complex finance and reporting issues
