As an AES Oracle EPM Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure through challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Your strategic advising and problem-solving skills will be key in driving project success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of Oracle-based enterprise performance management solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
- Collaborating with clients to assess performance management needs and develop tailored solutions
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client requirements to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Managing stakeholder expectations and fostering relationships to address performance management challenges
- Utilizing skills in business process analysis and financial planning to enhance client outcomes
- Overseeing the development of performance reports and strategic data analysis to support decision-making
- Guiding teams through complex problem-solving and coaching them to deliver quality results
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis to drive business insights
- Managing complex financial forecasting and planning processes
- Leading teams through challenging and uncertain situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying business opportunities
