Opportunity
We are looking to employ a passionate, enthusiastic, and consulting focused candidate into the India professional services team. As a Technical Lead, you will develop and implement customer web platforms using front end technologies. This involves defining scope, timelines, technical solutions and leading the end to end delivery. You will drive customer communication, engage customers, facilitate development, ensure adoption and adherence to best practices and mentor team of developers. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, collaborative, and fosters inclusivity, authenticity, and trust across teams.

Responsibilities
- Participate in Discovery sessions to identify business priorities and expectations of authoring experience in CMS.
- Lead workshops between creative, content teams, and development teams in relation to template and component identification and requirements, and governance strategy between development and authoring tasks.
- Collaborate and work closely with customer and manage expectations, ensure clear communication, define scope, agree on timelines and manage client dependencies.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead story/task grooming sessions and evaluate the dependencies and prerequisites for the tasks.
- Lead greening sessions and ability to solution and estimate efforts.
- Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.
- Review PRs and manage quality of development, coach and mentor team on development skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Support client content team on platform usage, guidance and support.
- Manage feature/product demos to customer.
- Lead retrospective workshop at conclusion of project; capture and up-level actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales on GTM service offerings and pre-sales inquiries.
- Coordinate customer feedback with product teams
- Research trends for design & front-end technologies to support improving design/front-end workflows.
Requirement

Technical Skills:
- Experience with any known CMS with functional knowledge of template editor and content author roles.
- Expertise in responsive design and mobile application design.
- Expertise in front-end development, especially JAM stack
- In depth knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 (Less, Sass is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES6 is a plus).
- Experience with Atomic design paradigm is a plus.
- Expertise in Design systems, Style guides, Pattern libraries
- Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with Micro Front End concepts and Headless Implementation would be a plus.
- Understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines.
- Understanding of content authoring and ensuring usability and intuitiveness for a content author while using a CMS.
- Understanding of information architecture and creating appropriate content structuring
- Familiarity in Adobe XD, or other design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
- Deep understanding of core web vitals, web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
