Our client is recruiting an Administrative Clerk.

Job description:-

• Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, or post, greet visitors, and act as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors
• Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, update records, compile reports, and ensure compliance with data protection and record retention policies
• Office Supplies and Vendor Coordination: Monitor inventory, order supplies, liaise with vendors, and manage departmental needs
• Scheduling and Meetings: Arrange appointments, coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas or minutes for internal and external meetings
• Administrative and operational duties relating to dealing with Ministries and relevant authorities in Mauritius and the company offices worldwide
• Coordinating with office staffs regarding documents handling
• Prepare Purchase order and follow up on approval
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word and Excel). Very important
• Proactive, self-driven with positive attitude.
• Any other cognate duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

Profile:

·      2-4 years experience in a similar role.
