As Talent Advisors, we will be the liaison between you and Craft Public Relations during this recruitment process. Craft Is Hiring: Account Director
Hi, I’m Ali Azzopardi, a Senior Vice President here at Craft. Over my decade with the company, I’ve watched us scale from five people to a team of nearly 50 incredible humans. And now we’re growing again: we’re looking for two new Account Directors to join our team. Could this be you?

Positioned between Senior Account Manager and Vice President, our Account Directors are hands-on leaders who set the strategic direction, provide senior client counsel and stay closely involved in bringing the work to life.
You'll work closely with senior leadership - one role will report into me, while the second will report into SVP Jordana Wolch.

Interviewing at Craft Public Relations includes:
- Phone screen with a Talent Advisor from Bloom
- Virtual interview with Ali Azzopardi and Jordana Wolch (60 mins)
- Complete a short, at-home Craft assignment designed to help us understand how you approach strategy, ideas and client counsel.
- In-person interview* with Managing Director, Melissa Retty, and Skylar Gomes, Senior Account Manager (45 mins) followed by a final conversation with Lisa Pasquin, President (15 mins)

Salary & Benefits
Account Director Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000
