In cybersecurity incident management at PwC, you will focus on effectively responding to, and mitigating, cyber threats, maintaining the security of client systems and data. You will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and resolving security incidents to minimise potential damage and protect against future attacks.

The Opportunity

• When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
• As part of the Cybersecurity team you will oversee the cybersecurity managed services team, delivery and execution across multiple security domains. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead in a dynamic environment, fostering innovation and collaboration to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cybersecurity managed services team to secure service delivery
• Establish and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth
• Maintain executive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the cybersecurity domain
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among team members
• Comply with industry standards and practices in cybersecurity
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for operational enhancement
• Promote a proactive approach to risk management and security solutions

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• 14 to 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity operations (SOC, IAM, VM, SecOps)
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
