このポジションでは、事業業績、予算、および予測に関する信頼性の高いタイムリーな分析を提供していただきます。日々の業務では、ビジネスマネージャーや組織内のさまざまなステークホルダーの意思決定を財務面からサポートします。また、戦略的意思決定や投資案件に伴う財務的影響の評価にも携わっていただきます。

※本ポジションは、**ABBロボティクス事業本部（日本）**に所属します。主なステークホルダーは、ABB Robotics Japan K.K. のビジネスマネージャーおよびファイナンスマネージャーです。

主な業務内容

• 月次決算期間における財務報告書のパッケージの作成を支援し、業績の集計・分析を通じて、事業のパフォーマンスを目標やベンチマークと比較・評価する。
• 予算策定、ローリングフォーキャスト、マネジメントレポーティング、予実差異分析など、業績の計画・予測・分析業務を推進し、経営判断を支援する。
• 収益性分析やコスト・経費分析を多角的な視点から実施し、事業戦略および意思決定をサポートする分析サービスを提供する。
• ビジネスコントローラーやビジネスマネージャーと連携し、臨時レポートや各種分析を通じてオペレーションKPIの向上を支援する。
• 複数の事業部間の適切な費用配賦の実施、および販管費（SG&A）のモニタリングを通じて収益性向上を推進する。また、貸借対照表の管理を通じてキャッシュ創出および運転資本（NWC）の改善を支援する。
• グローバル本社が主導するファイナンスツール・アプリケーションの導入プロジェクトを支援し、業務の標準化および継続的改善を推進することで、コントローリング部門の効率性の向上に貢献する。
• 自動化ソリューションの開発や重複業務の削減を通じて、自身の業務効率と生産性を向上させる。
• 会計監査への対応や国内に残る財務取引の管理を行い、財務統制およびレポーティングコンプライアンスを確保する。経理・財務部門、グローバルインボイスチームなどのシェアードサービス組織と連携して業務を遂行する。

応募資格

• 多国籍企業において、FP&A（経営企画・財務分析）・コントローリング、または事業財務分野で3-5年以上の実務経験を有する方
• 高い分析力を活かし、財務データから実践的なインサイトを導き出し、ステークホルダーの意思決定に結び付けることに意欲のある方
• ERPおよびレポーティングプラットフォームに関する経験を有する方
• 日本語能力試験一級レベル
• 日本での就業経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• SAP、SAP Analytics Cloud（SAC）、BIツール、Microsoft Excel、その他FP&Aツールの経験歓迎

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts. Each day, you will support the business management and other stakeholders at various organization levels in decision making processes. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting in the evaluation of the impact of strategic, financial, or other major investment decisions.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid.

This role is contributing to Robotics Division in Japan. Main stakeholders are Country Business Managers and Finance Managers in ABB Robotics Japan K.K..

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Support monthly financial reporting package preparation in the closing period, consolidate and analyse financial result to track and assess business performance against targets and benchmarks.
• Facilitate financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, management reporting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
• Provide business analytical services to support business decisions and actions, by performing profitability analysis, cost & expense analysis from different dimension.
• Support business controllers and other business management to improve the operation performance KPI through ad-hoc reports and various analysis based on business requirements.
• Coordinate cost allocation methodologies across different business lines, secure and increase profitability by monitoring SG&A, support cash generation and NWC improvement by monitoring Balance sheet.
• Enhance controlling excellence through process standardization and continuous improvement, by supporting global initiatives to implement financial tools and applications in local country.
• Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
• Support financial governance and reporting compliance through statutory audit and handle retained finance transactions remained in the country, by collaborating with country finance and shared service organization including Treasury and Global Invoices.

Qualifications for the role

• Have 3-5 years of experience in FP&A and Controlling or business finance within multi-national organizations.
• Passionate about demonstrating your analytical skills and ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders, to make better decisions.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of ERP and reporting platforms, preferably SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BI tool, Microsoft Excel, and other FP&A tools.  
• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency in speaking and written
• JLPT N1 level
• Working Experinece in Japan
