What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Load, transport, and discharge concrete in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with dispatch, plant staff, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
• Complete delivery tickets, inspections, and required documentation accurately

• Demonstrated capability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and established procedures
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Reliable, team-oriented work style with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the role in an active work setting

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
