What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
- Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load, transport, and discharge concrete in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with dispatch, plant staff, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Complete delivery tickets, inspections, and required documentation accurately
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated capability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and established procedures
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Reliable, team-oriented work style with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the role in an active work setting
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
