Lead strategic workplace consulting processes by integrating research, workplace methodologies, data analysis, and space planning to translate clients' organizational needs into spatial strategies.
This position is a hybrid role onsite 3-4 days per week in our Showroom in Mexico City and travels 30% of the time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Interacts with Real Estate heads and Key Decision-makers to influence the solutions that will eventually turn into specification and purchase of Miller Knoll products.
Develop and deliver strategic deep-dive presentations for corporate clients, maintaining proactive, consultative communication throughout all phases of the project.
Support in-person showroom tours, demonstrating advanced knowledge of workplace furniture, space typologies, and workplace configurations.
Design, develop, and facilitate workshops for A&D firms and dealers, focused on training in workplace trends, tools, methodologies, and industry insights.
Design and develop qualitative research instruments, including department-specific interview guides aligned with the client's organizational structure and operating dynamics.
Develop, administer, and analyze organizational workplace style surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics.
Analyze information through synthesis, inductive and deductive reasoning, and cross-functional data analysis, translating findings into actionable insights for the physical workplace.
Define the methodology for developing space zoning strategies and furniture specifications aligned with the client's work model and future business needs.
Develop and implement COMPASS and other AI Generative Design Tools to support efficient and strategic workplace planning, illustrating workplace evolution and multiple planning scenarios.
Lead placemaking processes by translating research and data into spatial strategies, design criteria, and furniture typologies prior to the design development phase.
Develop parametric analyses integrating space metrics, cost analysis, and product typologies based on research findings and market trends.
Positions as Trusted Advisor, developing trustful strong relationships with Clients and Commercial Real Estate Influencers.
Applies Conceptual selling focusing on the benefits of planning and creating tailor made solutions.
Lead strategic workplace consulting engagements, applying workplace methodologies in a structured, results-oriented manner.

Education and Experience Requirements
University Graduated
Experience in Interior Design or Architect (desirable)
Master Graduated (desirable)
Fluent English
Successful experience of at least 5 years
Autocad experience
