SMSF Bookkeeping

  • Record and reconcile SMSF-related transactions and investment accounts.
  • Assist with SMSF property purchase accounting and prepare documentation for accountants.
  • Maintain accurate SMSF records to meet compliance requirements.

Property Portfolio Management

  • Track equity and loan balances and prepare financial reports across multiple property entities.
  • Assist accountants during end-of-financial-year (EOFY) processes.

Philippine Entity Bookkeeping

  • Manage bookkeeping records for the Philippine entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support local payroll administration and work alongside Philippine accountants on financial reporting and compliance.
  • Assist with BIR-related documentation and statutory requirements as required.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management and ensure accurate financial reporting across both the Australian and Philippine entities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience, with at least 2 years supporting Australian businesses
