The Opportunity
This position works out of our Almaty location in the Nutrition division.
Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Do
Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for managing existing customers (key retail chains and distributors), while building long-term partnerships.
Lead commercial negotiations with business partners.
Deliver the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs across Kazakhstan.
Plan, analyze, and monitor sales performance and costs of distributors and key retail chains; identify opportunities to improve P&L performance.
Plan, organize, and coordinate sales-driving initiatives; manage and control marketing budget expenditures.
Manage distributor inventory levels to improve service levels across key retail chains.
Identify, evaluate, and contract new distributors and key retail chains based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and the company's business needs.
Prepare regular reports and business reviews on quarterly and annual performance.
Lead and manage the sales team, including Key Account Managers (KAMs), Supervisors (SVs), and the Sales Coordinator.
Requirements:
Higher education degree.
Strong knowledge of the Kazakhstan FMCG market, with proven experience managing key accounts and distributors.
Excellent negotiation and client persuasion skills.
Experience in identifying, recruiting, and contracting new distributors.
Experience managing distributor budgets and inventory levels.
Strong analytical skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, and highly ethical.
Experience leading and managing teams.
