What you will do 关于该职位 :
Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

Communicate to Engineers on duty and keep a log of all details pertaining to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.

Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Chief Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors.

Be responsible for translation.

Attending relevant meetings take meeting minutes. Work out correct Meeting Minutes accordingly.
参加相关会议并做会议纪要，据此整理出准确的会议记录。
