- Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
- Communicate to Engineers on duty and keep a log of all details pertaining to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
- Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Asst. Dir of Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors.
- Assist Dir of Engineering and Asst. Dir of Engineering with purchase order system.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education: High school education or equivalent experience
Experience: Experience required by position is from three months to one full
year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or
other organization.
Skills and Abilities: Requires ability to operate computer equipment.
Ability to read and speak and write English and Japanese.
