- Manage Daily Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, inventory, distribution, and layout optimization while managing stock control through regular reconciliation with internal data storage systems.
- Lead and Develop the Team: Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and train, coach, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Compliance: Conduct departmental risk assessments, enforce safety procedures, adhere to statutory reporting, and maintain compliance with all handling, shipping, and hygiene regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing legislation, health and safety risk assessments, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proven ability in written and oral communication, problem-solving, change management, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong Information Technology literacy, exceptional organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
