We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer with a deep passion for pop culture and large-scale entertainment. You will be the owner of the visual craft, responsible for translating creative concepts into distinctive, platform-native static assets while upholding the premium brand guidelines of world-renowned entertainment and theatrical franchises.
You will operate in a fast-paced, high-impact creative environment, blending digital editorial craft, modular design systems, and AI-assisted production workflows.
Your Mission:
Own the visual craft and consistency: turn conceptual ideas into premium, platform-native static assets faithful to the distinct identity standards of tier-one global entertainment franchises.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Impact Static Production: Design end-to-end static outputs: social posts, editorial carousels, profile/channel covers, graphics for X and Facebook, and high-CTR YouTube thumbnails.
Scalable Visual Systems: Build and maintain design systems and reusable template kits per franchise/account to accelerate turnaround without compromising craft quality.
Key Art Adaptation: Translate official studio assets, theatrical marketing collateral, and streaming key art into native, engaging social formats.
Cross-Discipline Alignment: Partner closely with Motion Storytellers to ensure static and video executions share a unified visual language (typography, graphic accents, cover design).
Quality Assurance: Lead cross-visual QA before final delivery to ensure zero errors in brand compliance, asset sizing, typography, and legibility.
Team Dynamics & Cadence
Agile Collaboration: Daily stand-ups for sprint alignment and bi-weekly Creative Reviews for creative direction, feedback, and visual evolution.
Creative Philosophy: Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional compositional balance, and execution quality worthy of iconic global IPs.
Toolset & Technical Environment
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and collaborative design systems tools (Figma).
Experience with or strong curiosity toward Generative AI content tools to accelerate visual exploration, concepting, and variation generation.
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, metadata tagging, and production tracking workflows.

Brand Integrity Across Accounts: Absolute visual coherence across distinct franchise sub-brands and channels.
Operational Velocity: Reduced production lead times driven by smart template libraries and modular asset architecture.
Qualifications:
Proven portfolio showcasing premium digital graphic design for entertainment, global pop culture brands, streaming platforms, or top-tier creative agencies.
Hands-on experience adapting theatrical/film key art and designing high-performing YouTube thumbnails and social carousels.
Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and document scalable design templates.
Strong self-direction, eye for typography, and ability to thrive in structured, fast-paced workflows.
