1. Ticket and SLA Management
• Creation and documentation of SRs for fault handling, including appointment details, SLA, territory, fault type, and requirements.
• Manual calculation of SLA considering specifications, schedules, and technical resources.
• Generation of ETV tickets and monitoring compliance.
2. Access Coordination
• Review of new ticket emails sent by the client.
• Request and processing of access for required cases.
• Management of access lists and confirmation of appointments with CEs.
• Receipt and administration of documentation requested by the client for access procedures.
3. Communication and Documentation
• Sending emails to FSC and the client with appointment details, following format guidelines to avoid penalties.
• Documentation of activities in Aptra, Teams (two computers per SP: one for APTRA, one for NCRA), and email.
• Creation of Teams groups for cases and escalations.
• Notification and registration of documentation requests in Aptra and Teams within established timeframes.
4. Support and Escalations
• Monitoring CE arrival according to the scheduled time.
• Support to Engineering in escalated cases (access, CIT, approvals).
• Escalation to the client in case of CIT non-compliance or CE absence.
• Participation in Engineering conferences for critical and high-impact cases.
5. Additional Technical Processes
• Provision of authorized part numbers for replacements.
• Request and follow-up of software loading (including sending IPs and components for 3Ds key loading).
• Request of F442 (TIR) from Engineering.
