We are currently experiencing growth across our Southern Region Construction business and we're seeking Expressions of Interest from motivated Engineers who are looking for roles in Melbourne (and the broader Victoria region) who are motivated, ready and excited to work on challenging and rewarding projects.

Positions Available
- Site Engineers
- Project Engineers
You will be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality civil/infrastructure projects (including but not limited to roads, bridges, earthworks and renewables)
Key Responsibilities include:
- Plan, schedule and deliver site works.
- Manage subcontractors, labour and plant.
- Cost tracking, variations and progress claims.
- Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Drive productivity and problem solve on site.
- Mentor junior team members (where applicable).
About You
- Relevant Civil Engineering degree.
- Demonstrated experience working on Major Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong demonstrated skills and experience in civil construction background (roads, earthworks, drainage, structures preferred).
- Valid Drivers' Licence.
- Excellent communication and a team player.
