What's on offer?
Fulton Hogan are looking for an experienced office administration professional to join us as a Team Coordinator based in our Richmond office. This role will be responsible for:
- Administration support for the Executive Assistant, senior leaders and broader team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation, and expense reconciliation.
- Ordering equipment/supplies/uniforms for the team (and broader office supplies as required)
- Providing Reception cover during period of leave and scheduled breaks
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of internal and external events, functions and business activities.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly and maintains a professional, welcoming environment .
About You:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Prior experience working in an administration/reception role
