YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Analyst, IT services, FTS, you work on several IT solutions – within Forecast to Stock area. You are responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed function specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications. This role brings a strong knowledge of current technology and IT capabilities (Different modules of SAP ECC, APO in SCM, IBP and standard integrators (CI-DS, RTI, etc.), in coming future S4HANA) as well as expertise in business processes covered by Forecast To Stock Stream (Forecast and Long-term planning, medium- and short-term planning, production execution, product disposition and plant maintenance).
ABOUT YOU
You are responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed function specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications.
You assist the business in determining how business requirements are integrated into the other processes. You ensure documentation is up to date. You are in touch with the markets or plants – usually working closely with the super-users of your application/solution and you work with our external delivery partners to develop or support our solutions. You are in close relationship with FTS solution managers to ensure proposed solutions defined are validated and aligned with Global template.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed function specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications
- Assist the business in determining how business requirements are integrated into the other processes
- Get in touch with the markets or plants – usually working closely with the super-users of your application/solution and you work with our external delivery partners to develop or support our solutions.
- Close relationship with FTS solution managers to ensure proposed solutions defined are validated and aligned with Global template
- Strong knowledge of current technology and IT capabilities (Different modules of SAP ECC, APO in SCM, IBP and standard integrators (CI-DS, RTI, etc.), in coming future S4HANA) as well as expertise in business processes covered by Forecast To Stock Stream (Forecast and Long-term planning, medium and short term planning, production execution, product disposition and plant maintenance)
- Support project definition, initial cost assessment of projects and integration of various project suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and review design specifications for solutions/applications to support the business processes (implementation and/or change)
- Assist in developing solution/application architecture
- Review technical specifications
- Create and execute test plans to ensure that the functional and business requirements are met by the provided solution and are not impacting previous solutions
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration throughout the system development lifecycle
- Train super users/end-users on established programs
- Ensure assigned project deliverables stay within stated timelines, scope, and costs
- Provide management with accurate and timely status reports of all projects/scope as assigned
- Work effectively and productively with technical and functional resources
- Guides continuous improvement efforts for the solution, develop business cases, understand your users
SKILLS
- The successful candidate will possess at least 5+ years of experience in similar work in Forecast to Stock involving SAP ECC (PP, PP-PI, PM, IM, WM, QM, MM), SAP-APO (SCM), SAP IBP including their components.
- Deep Business Knowledge - Understand the business process design
- Deep knowledge of your solution technology
- Knowledge in SAP IBP standard integrators (CI-DS, RTI, etc.)
- S/4 HANA background
- Experience in creating, modifying specifications and configurations to meet specified requirements
- Experience developing and executing integrated test plans
- Experience communicating technical solutions to the business
- Experience working effectively in a cross functional team
- Possess data analysis skills
- Experience of managing vendors relationship
- Experience in project management
- Proficiency in English language skills
- Educational Requirements: University Degree or equivalent
