As a SAP BTP Admin - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Technology Consulting practice, where you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities

●      Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.

●      Be involved in the financial metrics.

●      Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.

●      Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.

●      Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

●      Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.

●      Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.

●      Assist in the management and delivering of large projects.

●      Train, coach, and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.

●      Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- 1.     Design and implement real-time integration strategies connecting SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

2.     Deploy and manage SAP AI Core and Generative AI technologies to automate and optimize core business processes.

3.     Govern and oversee API management and event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh to enable scalable and secure integrations.

4.     Architect and maintain robust data orchestration pipelines between cloud platforms and hyperscaler environments.

5.     Administer SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to build, monitor, and troubleshoot integration scenarios.

6.     Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models using SAP AI Launchpad and related AI tools to support business needs.

7.     Ensure compliance and efficient usage of communication protocols such as REST, SOAP, OData, EDI, and GraphQL in all integration workflows.

8.     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities leveraging AI and integration technologies.

9.     Monitor system performance and provide continuous improvements for integration flows and AI deployments within the SAP BTP environment.

10.  Maintain documentation, provide training and support to stakeholders on SAP BTP administration, API governance, and AI-enabled automation solutions.Experience in SAP Technical Pre-Sales including creation of technical proposals and constructing estimates for SAP Technical work.

11.  Knowledge on SAP cloud offerings like BTP, SAC, Cloud connector, etc.

12.  Full cycle experience in SAP Migration and S/4 Conversion activities.

13.  Strong knowledge and exposure to HANA Database and MS SQL Database.

14.  Strong knowledge in BOBI, Data services etc.

15.  Proficient in the use of methodologies supported by SAP best practices.

16.  Strong knowledge in troubleshooting performance issues and providing solutions to fine tune the system.

17.  Must be proactive and self-motivated.

18.  Must be easily understood and possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and writing skills. 

19.  Must Have customer facing experience and possess good negotiation skills.

20.  Exposure to ITIL framework.

21.  Provide SME advice to the team and Mentor team members to achieve the desired result by conducting Boot camps, learning sessions, etc.

22.   Should have a good understanding of the organization structure and requirements.

23.   Develop and maintain process and technical documentation.

24.   Prepare and present project status reports to Clients and Senior Management.

25.   Must have experience in working with cross functional and cross cultural teams across the globe.

26.   Should provide escalation support and ensure all the tasks and issues are resolved within the deadline.
