In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to guide strategic decisions, manage delivery excellence, and lead high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline commitments are met.
• Define and implement scalable Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Partner with business leaders, clients, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Establish technology roadmaps, architectural blueprints, and delivery strategies that support organizational growth and transformation.
• Assess solution complexity, risks, effort, and cost estimates for Salesforce initiatives.
• Drive governance, best practices, and continuous improvement across delivery and architecture processes.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Ensure architectural consistency, compliance with enterprise standards, and adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, influencing key stakeholders and supporting strategic technology decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, including 5+ years leading Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce programs and transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data models, and security frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, functional, and technical workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, delivery quality, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Agile at Scale).
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and senior business leaders.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps, solution strategies, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Knowledge of cloud integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and data migration approaches.
• Experience managing global teams and distributed delivery models.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
