• Recurring sales operations and administrative execution: CRM, documents, shipping/logistics, delivery and inventory coordination, and follow-up.

• Growth responsibilities as the candidate develops: lead/account research, customer meeting and demo preparation, events, campaigns, localization, and other pre-sales / marketing support.

Skills

Required profile:

• Native-level or equivalent business Japanese.

• Practical business English sufficient for written communication with global colleagues and reading product / technical materials.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability for recurring operational work.

• Good organization and follow-through.

• Proactive communication and willingness to ask questions.

• Interest in technology, embedded systems, IoT, sales, and/or marketing.

• Basic PC / productivity-tool skills.

• Able to work approximately 20 hours per week, typically across at least 2–3 days, for a minimum of 6 months and attend the Tokyo office when required.

Preferred:

• TOEIC 750+ or equivalent communication ability.

• Previous internship, office, project, or student-organization experience.

• STEM, programming, or electronics exposure.

• Interest in a potential full-time graduate position after the internship, subject to business need and performance.
